    Additional Info:

    • Clinically tested nutrition for conditions that respond to fiber.1
    • Hill's Prescription Diet™ w/d™ Feline is a low calorie, increased fiber, nutritionally balanced formula that helps reduce caloric intake in adult cats that are less active, neutered, or otherwise prone to obesity. Insoluble fiber increases bulk and reduces hunger while lowering fat and caloric intake. Note: For successful weight control, full client cooperation must be obtained and all food intake must be strictly controlled.
    • Increased levels of dietary fiber may benefit patients with fiber-responsive disease such as diabetes, colitis, diarrhea or constipation. Note: Encourage water intake.
    • Contains low levels of magnesium (a struvite building block) and produces a normal acid urine pH to allow patients at risk of struvite urolithiasis to maintain a healthy weight while minimizing struvite risk factors. Note: Urine pH and urinalysis should be monitored periodically as indicated in the management of FLUTD. Urine pH of individual cats may vary due to complicating factors such as time of feeding before urine collection, type of urine collection, individual animal variation,  and test methodology.
